always a good time

First off, everyone needs to know that we had a tour theme song. Well, one official, one unofficial. We would play them as often as we could and had many a dance parties in that bus listening to these songs...
Official

Unofficial (Silly Lady;p)
Driving through the country was so cool because I really got to see it.
As we were driving Coro (Carly's father-in-law who was our bus driver) pointed out his window and said "and that is where the Maori king lives.." WHhhhaa!? There is a Maori king!!!? And we are driving by his HOUSE?! It blew my mind. It was so cool. Just one story tall but pretty long.

Our first stop was Hamilton, which is the spot of the one and only temple in New Zealand. It was a bit rainy out but we went in the visitor center.
As soon as I walked inside I could feel the peace that comes from being in a holy place. It makes me so grateful to know that Heavenly Father is watching over me, no matter where in the world I go, and I can always feel him close by when I follow the scripture in Pslams 46 "Be still and know that I am God."
