Nat and I became best friends around the age of 14 and never stopped. I remember it pretty well, we were both going through a bit of boy trouble (what 14 year old wasn't? ;)) and were passing notes back and forth during a youth conference. I have the note stored somewhere at home and gave a copy to Nat but the best part of the note was right before exchanging our cell phone numbers, I wrote...
"Natalie, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship."
And so it is!

Nat you will make a wonderful missionary! You have always been very in tune with the spirit and a rock for me to lean on! I know you will be able to connect with people that many others can't and for that reason you will bring so many people to the gospel! You are so talented people can't help but admire you. I love you so much and am praying for you! Now go get em!
